Created for the Egyptian Student Association at McMaster University, this hoodie is a tribute to identity, memory, and the feeling of living between two places. The front features “MCMASR” written in hieroglyph-inspired lettering, blending student pride with a deep connection to Egyptian roots. On the back, the design is inspired by Hamza Namira’s “تذكرتي رايح جاي”, bringing together the Toronto skyline and a mirrored reflection of Cairo streets—a visual expression of the journey between here and home.
Made for comfort and everyday wear, this hoodie carries the spirit of students building a life in Canada while keeping Egypt close. It has a relaxed fit, but please note that it is slightly smaller than BLAD’s usual oversized hoodies.
