Refund and Return Policy for BLAD
1. Refunds
At BLAD, we take pride in providing high-quality products. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're here to assist. Please note that we do not offer refunds except in cases where the received item is damaged. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving the damaged item.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the item's damage.
Once we receive and verify the evidence of damage, we will process a refund for your purchase.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available to customers located within Canada. If you receive a damaged item, we will process a refund as outlined in Section 1.
For customers in Canada who wish to exchange an item for reasons other than damage, please contact our customer service for instructions. You will be responsible for returning the original item to an address we provide. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
3. Return Process
If you meet the requirements for a refund (Section 1) or an exchange (Section 2), please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@blad.ca to initiate the process.
- We will provide instructions and a return address for eligible returns.
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged and shipped back within the provided time frame.
- For customers located in Canada, please cover the cost of shipping the return item.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. The processing time may vary, but we aim to complete it within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Return Labels
- Return labels are only provided for customers in Canada.
